Classic Overnight Oats

This recipe is tried and true - the perfect way to start your day.

This recipe takes 2 minutes to put together, and is such a satisfying breakfast. Better yet, all you have to do is grab and go in the morning.

Servings: 2 small portions


  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt (we love Cocojune)

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup


  1. Add all ingredients to a 16 oz jar with a lid and mix well, ensuring the chia seeds don't clump.

  2. Place in the refrigerator overnight, or 4-6 hours at least.

  3. Serve with your favorite toppings. We love berries, nut butter, or hemp seeds for extra protein.
